Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Vouchrr aims to provide a fully genuine booking experience. You are eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:
- Invalid Code: The voucher code delivered to you is marked as invalid or already redeemed on the official exam board portal upon receipt.
- Fulfillment Failure: We fail to deliver your confirmed voucher code within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
2. How to Claim a Refund
To lodge a refund request, you must email our support team at hello@vouchrr.in within 48 hours of voucher code delivery. Your email must include:
- Your full name and registered phone number.
- Transaction receipt or payment confirmation screenshot.
- A screenshot of the official exam portal showing the specific error code displayed when applying the voucher.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive your email, our tech team will audit the code with our vendors. If the claim is verified, your refund will be processed back to your original source of payment within 3–5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We cannot issue refunds or code replacements in the following cases:
- Voucher Already Redeemed: The voucher code is verified as successfully redeemed on the official exam portal after delivery.
- Student Typos: You entered incorrect booking details, emails, or phone numbers that led to the voucher being delivered to the wrong inbox.
- Change of Mind: You decided not to take the test, or selected the wrong exam (e.g. buying a TOEFL voucher but target university only accepts IELTS).
- Expired Codes: You failed to redeem the voucher within its stated validity period.
